A maintenance visit consists of: visiting the property weekly, checking that the property is clean and tidy, testing appliances to make sure all are in working order, checking gas, electricity, light bulbs, and security systems if applicable. Log books are held for each property, and we will submit regular reports to you via our property on-line service. We will also check the property in the event of a storm or flood. |
